Easy walking distance to the town centre and Westlands (both less than 10 minutes) and the hospital about a 15 minute walk.
This is a house share with myself, my partner and our children, 2 daughters, age 13 & 15 and a baby, 2 cats and 2 labradors. We also already have one lodger, a lovely young lady!
Generally we are all reasonably well behaved, clean, tidy and friendly!
