This is a relaxed, owner shared home, with room to spare for two more! We live by the principles of trust, consideration and respect, so it's fine if you like your privacy, but choosing total isolation may not make this the ideal home for you. Although I would like a genuinely 'professional' lodger, the criteria is not absolutely strict so it may be worth enquiring.
We are on the west side of Yeovil which is ideal for BAe, Screwfix, Westlands, Yeovil Town football ground and Houndstone Business Park. There is plenty of room as there are three large reception rooms as well as a sizeable kitchen. The dual aspect £600 bedroom has a quality king size bed, plenty of storage, and it's own shower and sink. The £450 room shares the bathroom.
Bills and fibre broadband are included, sharing all facilities.
