We are a young professional couple looking to rent out our spare double room. We are a friendly couple that love cooking and walks. I work in recruitment/consultancy and my girlfriend is studying her PGCE. Due to this bed time hours need to be respected therefore we are after a professional tenant.
Our home is a late 90's built, end of terrace property with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (one bathroom will be solely yours), large living area, modern kitchen and small patio garden. We are looking for someone to stay with us during the winter months up until Spring/Early Summer.
Bedroom and house is fully furnished. All bills, council tax and broadband included.
