Double Room for let in Barry

Good size double room, with access to shared bathroom, which has bath and shower. Kitchen, living room, dining room and garden all shared space if wanted. Downstairs loo as well.
Kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, gas hob and electric oven. High speed broadband throughout house. Parking is on street, but usually can find a close space.

Less than a five minute walk to Barry train station, ten minute walk to Porthkerry country park, ten minute walk to the Knapp and watchtower bay beach and 15 minutes to Barry Island beaches.

Must be ok with animals.

Hopefully looking for someone who enjoys the same activities as me, as would be nice to have shared interests and its always nice to have extra people to climb with :) .

I am either working from home or out on ecological field surveys, so that will vary depending on the time of year.

Have let the room to PhD students before studying in Cardiff, so open to that again, but also professionals welcome.

Open to short and long term lets - I usually do either a 2 week or monthly basis contract, but am fairly flexible and will do longer term. Just drop me a message if you have any other questions.
