The bathroom has a corner bath with super shower which comes at you from all directions.

The kitchen has a half size dishwasher for daily use, Conduction hob on the breakfast bar, gas oven and lots of gadgets.

There’s a very large garden with bike shed and sauna.

The house has triple glazed doors and windows throughout.

I have a lovely, cat Marmalade.. pls only apply if you love cats.

I’m a professional musician and teacher though I usually only teach a few hours a week from home, mostly online.

Prices include wifi, Council Tax, TV license, Home emergency insurance in case of breakdowns of boiler, leaks etc.

Electric and Gas to be shared between housemates.

Great location for public transport. The bus stop right outside the house goes to Cardiff, Sully Beach, Barry Island Beach, Penarth, Llandough hospital and Heath Hospital. 11 mins walk you get to Cadoxton train station. Home Bargains and food Warehouse 5-10 mins walk, Lidl 10-15. Local shop open 7-11 only 5 mins away.
