My name is Keet and along with my friend, we are looking for a third housemate to share this cosy furnished house with.

Slotted in a quiet residential street between the ever popular Woodville Road and Cathays Terrace, the house is just a 10 min walk away from the Student Union. Brilliant location - with 4 main supermarkets all within 3 mins walk (Lidl, Tesco, Sainsburys, Co-op). And not to mention the bevvy of restaurants, shops and services on Woodville Road and Crwys Road.

The house comes with three bedrooms, a separate living room, a separate dining room, a separate kitchen fitted with a recently installed Siemens fridge, a laundry utility area fitted with a quality modern Bosch washer, and a bathroom with a bathtub. It also has a huge garden that has been kept clean and neat, and can park one car.

The bedroom in mention is a very lovely room located on the first floor to the rear, with a low French window that has a really nice view, overlooking the rear garden. It is furnished with a single bed, a bedside table, a desk and a wardrobe. Newly installed carpet. Possible to make it a double by joining two single beds together and placing a double mattress atop.

We are fun, mature, disciplined and very clean + neat individuals, and are hopefully looking for someone similar. I am an architecture student, and my friend is studying at the medical faculty.

Monthly rent is £300 - an absolute steal for the very convenient location and the space. The utility bills (gas, electricity, water, fibre internet) will be split equally amongst us three. You will be required to place a deposit of (£334) with the landlord, along an agency fee of £300.

If you are a professional, I have spoken with Cardiff council and taking into consideration we are both students, the third tenant will have a 25% discount applied to his/her council tax..

Available to move in from end June, with min 6 months tenancy.
