Hi.
We have 2 rooms available in a lovely 6 bed house. One is on ground floor and one is on first floor. Both doubles and good size. Our preference is females to balance the house but the right males will also be considered. We are all 20s to 30s professionals. We are looking for considerate people who will keep shared areas tidy. We are all quite chilled out people so the house is fairly quiet.
Lounge
Shared lounge with tv and Virgin box.
Kitchen
Good quality kitchen with dishwasher and 2 ovens/hobs.
Table in middle of kitchen
Washing machine in small room off kitchen
Bathrooms
2 on first floor. Both with toilets and one with shower and one with shower/bath.
All bills included as well as cleaners twice a month for communal areas.
We each put £5 per month into kitty for communal items.
