Looking for a single professional or mature student to take over the second double bedroom in a shared flat. You may need to sign a tenancy agreement with the letting agent and they will require a guarantor or proof of income (they don't accept DSS, sorry), references and ID.

The room is a very spacioius double room with bed, wardrobe and desk. There is scope to bring in additional furniture.

Shared living room with TV, Netflix and Amazon (and extensive DVD collection, but who watches those anymore?). Unfortunately only the one bathroom but with electric shower and bathtub. Kitchen with dining table, gas cooker, washing machine and separate condenser dryer. The fridge is tiny but that's okay.

All bills included in total, rent is actually £337.50. Water is paid quarterly and not included in the £450 total. Nornally amounts to around £75/person.
Local amenities nearby, including no less that 4 Tesco expresses, 2 Sainsburys and a Co-op. Decent local pubs too. Property is a 20 minute walk into town, 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop and a 15 minute walk to Cathays train station or Queen Street. Roath park and Ninian park are 10 minutes away.

Current tenant is a female professional mini golf person (yay! free minigolf). I work different hours each week, so am in and out. I freelance as a costume maker/designer from time to time. I like to cook, craft and play videogames.
