We're looking for a third person to join us in our lovely three bed house to join Chris and Sara.

It’s a great location, 30 min walk or less to the city centre but with bus links as well. There is ample free street parking. We have a cute garden that gets the sun all day. All 3 bedrooms are on the top floor. Co-op and Lidl are just round the corner.

Looking for a sociable but relaxed housemate to join the household. We love cooking and baking and a cheeky wine in front of the tv. If you’d like to know more please do get in touch.

Room is available from the 1st November but would be able to negotiate if you needed to move sooner.

Room has recently been refurbished, new block out blinds, carpet and repainted.

Room comes with a double bed and wardrobe. There is enough room to fit your own desk and drawers.

Please note that viewings will be conducted on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th October as the landlord (Catherine) is out of Cardiff until that weekend. If you would like to book in a viewing please do get in touch. Apologies but no viewings outside of this weekend can be considered.
