Nice chilled house close to town

My name is Lizzie and I am looking for a professional person to live with me and my animator housemate Alex who is a 28 and my cat and dog.
I am a self employed creative specialising in jewellery making. I work from home a lot.
I live in a typical terraced house with all amenities you’d expect within the house with the addition of a wood burning stove and hammock in the garden.
There are shops near by and parks and coffee shops too.
I walk my dog a lot in the mountains and I’m always up for an outdoor adventure.
I’m seeking someone who is mostly past the drinking and partying stage of life but will still enjoy a glass or two of wine.
I have just had the kitchen and bathroom refurbished.
The room offered is large double in the front. It has fitted to wardrobes and a chest of draws and bed.
