Im a young professional looking for a female flatmate in a similar position to me. But I am open to students, mature students, post grads or such.
I work in a hostel for young homeless women. I love to read. I enjoy going to gigs or to watch a ballet. I also enjoy going to yoga classes and am looking to start some new ones in things like rock climbing, female self defence and possibly some form of sculpture. I’m quite the creative type.
Me and my last 3 flatmates I met online like this and became great friends with, which I'm hoping will happen again but if you prefer to keep to yourself then I don’t mind that either. I am only open to students who are not the crazy partying 24hrs a day type. I am sociable but also need my own space from time to time.

The flat is very homey/cosy and I like to keep it that way. Looking for someone respectful who I can hopefully become friends with :) but if we’re not meant to be best buds then that’s fine as long as there is a mutual respect. Someone happy to keep our shared space clean and tidy.

The move in date is flexible starting from now to 1st of October at the latest. If I find the right person I may be able to get them in sooner if they need that. All bills included apart from broadband and council tax. Including broadband and council tax we currently pay roughly £420 a month each. On street parking available with permit. Great location just off Albany road.
