Double room in amazing flat - vegetarian wanted!

I'm looking for a friendly person to share the rental of this gorgeous flat with me! Please have a read through the ad and get in touch with any questions you might have :)

About the flat:

It's very unique! The pictures don't do it justice, it was featured in design magazines when it was first decorated and creates an amazing place to live.

There's a shared living room, study, bathroom and kitchen with balcony, along with two double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony (the room up for rent). All the rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished.
The bedroom comes with a chest of drawers, comfy double bed and bedside tables. I will try and add some upto date photos of the bedroom in the next week.

The kitchen and living room have views across the treetops and city, and out to the Severn Estuary towards Somerset. My favourite thing about the flat is that it is a 5 minute walk up to the gorgeous woods and out into the countryside, so if you like being on the edge of some nice walks and like the ability to get out of the city quickly, this will be really suitable for you!

About me:

I spend a lots of time outdoors for my job and for myself so I'm often out and about but I enjoy having a catch up with my flat-mates too. I also appreciate personal space and like to respect other peoples'. I work for a charity in Newport and spend some days working from home too.

I like to keep home clean and tidy, though am relaxed if things aren't always perfect, so am looking for someone with a similar preference!

I'm vegan and would be looking for a vegetarian/plant based housemate to share with. I also like to use eco-cleaning products and use green energy suppliers.

The main thing that I'm looking for in a flat-mate is that they're respectful, friendly and feel comfortable sharing communal space. Would be absolutely fab to have some shared interests! :)

Also worth mentioning that I occasionally have a delightfully friendly cat come to stay every so often, and am edging towards getting my own too. So you'd need to be open to pets being around :)

Bills and Council Tax are roughly £145 a month each, with the £300 rent paid to our landlord. There is on street parking available outside the flats.
