So I have rented this flat in Bridge Street Exchange Student Accommodation unty July/2019 but I will be going back to my home country on December, so I am looking for people who would like to rent it during the remaining time.

It has a really good location, next to the Motorpoint Arena, only 15 minute walk from Cardiff University, 12 min walk to Glamorgan Building, 5 min walk to St Marys Street and less than 1 min walk to St Davids.

Al bills are included, the Accommodation has a gym, two common areas, laundry room, games room and an area so people can study.

The is a furnished double bedroom with its own bathroom. It is located within a flat with 6 other rooms. Everyone is extremely nice! It also has a big kitchen/living room with plenty of space for all flat members.
