Looking for someone to take over a housemate who has had to move out's contract which runs until the end of June. Possibility to extend beyond June.
The flat is consists of 3 other males, 2 are photography students at USW and the other works full time. All 3 are friendly but not partyers.
The flat has a bathroom, a kitchen/living area and an accessible roof-top area. It is close to the city center and the major universities, aswell as being next door to Albany Road shops.
The room is at the back of the house so not affected by the noise of the main street.
