About the place:

2 bedroom flat on Westgate St, right next to the Principality (formerly Millennium) Stadium.

Fantastic transport links - extensive bus stops along the street, and 15 minute walk (10 minute run if you miss your alarm!) to Cardiff Central train station.
Within 5 minutes walking distance of Cardiff Castle, St Mary's St (lots of nightclubs, restaurants and bars), Queen St (main shopping high street).

It is nicely decorated, and kept very clean.
The vacant bedroom is a good size, furnished with a double bed and mattress, drawers and wardrobes and curtains. Modern wood flooring and freshly painted walls. A large window looking on to the Cardiff Arms Park.
The rest of the flat is shared. The living room is a large double room, with 2 sofas, a dining table, a TV and large airy windows.
The kitchen is a decent size with lots of cupboard space and comes with an oven, microwave, kettle, and washer/dryer.
Bathroom is also a decent size with a shower/bath, and separate toilet.

There is a large communal balcony at the back of the building, from which you can watch games in the Arms Park ground.

There is a free 24 hour concierge service, who are great for taking in parcels when you're not home, and dealing with any security concerns.

Water bill is included in rent. All other bills (inc. internet) are just split between myself and current flatmate.
A parking permit can be purchased on a 6 monthly basis.

I am a 28 year old female.
I have 1 very friendly cat, so you will have to be okay with animals.
I like to think of myself as very friendly and sociable, and it's important to me to find someone who I get along with and will really enjoy living with.
I enjoy having friends over occasionally, but they aren't a rowdy lot!
I try to keep the place as clean and nice as possible, and I am considerate in terms of doing my share of household chores etc, so I would like to find somebody who is also willing to do their fair share.
