I'm currently paying 185/week but would be happy to consider slightly lower offers if I manage to find someone clean and responsible to rent the flat for a short-term period. Happy to discuss options!

I’m renting out my studio for a couple days starting in early-mid June 2019 as I'll be away (if you will be around and we can't find a date for Cardiff, I will be happy to mail the keys to you). It is located right in the middle of the city centre, next to St Davids shopping centre, 5 minutes walk to Cardiff Central train station and Cardiff Queen street train station, a 10-15 minutes walk to Cardiff University and 10 minutes away from the museum. Marks and Spencer, Tesco, Boots, and many restaurants, departmental stores are all around the area.

The studio comes with its own ensuite bathroom and kitchen. A microwave, hob, oven and fridge are all included in the kitchen. The shower is strong and always has hot water (the one time the weather caused the power supply to trip, the maintenance team in the building took immediate action and got everything back on very quickly.)

The building has its own 24 hour gym, lounge area, pool table, TV for movie nights, vending machines, study area, laundry room and lift. A 24 hour reception desk to collect your parcels and a maintenance team is always available.

I’m renting out the entire place for £180 a week, but would be happy to discuss lower if a suitable tenant is found. Couples are welcome to enquire as well. All bills are included, wifi is also provided.
