Located within very easy distance from shops and bus transport - 25 minutes walking from the railway station and city centre. It is no more than 4 minutes walk away from Chapter Arts Centre which has a flourishing cinema, cafe etc.
The street is quiet and safe. The house has a light feel to it and there is a large kitchen which opens onto the small garden at the back - super sunny in the summer.
