In the living room is an Xbox one set up with a Netflix account which the tenant would be welcome to use. TV has access to standard tv channels.

The Kitchen comes kitted out with an oven and gas hobs, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dish washer and small beer fridge and kettle. There is a reasonable sized dining table at one end of the kitchen.

The bathroom has a bath with over bath shower.

Bills are included in the above price and cover Wifi also.

I work an office based job Monday to Friday and ideally I am looking for someone in a similar situation but I happy to consider other occupations.

The property is about a 20 minute drive from the city centre and is within walking distance of a large Tesco store and a couple of pubs. Located on a quiet residential road.

Good access to the A48M / M4 motorway and a bus stop very close by.

Easily available street parking and room for two on driveway dependent on car size.
