Double Room, Gabalfa

I am a fourth Year medical student (age 25) looking for a female lodger for the next academic year; September 2019-20 (may consider earlier start if required). I am ideally looking for an older student/young professional around the age of 22-30. The location is perfect for anyone working/studying at the Heath Hospital and is right next to a bus route to the town centre.
The house is fully furbished, modern and in great condition. There is 1 bathroom shared with myself, fully equipped kitchen with washer and drier and a joint dining room and living area. There is a nice garden with a patio area and furniture.
The living room TV will give you access to Netflix, Amazon Video and Now TV.
Although this is an advertisement for a lodger, you will have complete access to the house and all of the facilities.
There is parking available on the street outside.
I am a clean and tidy person, sociable but generally quite busy with studying and placement, looking for someone friendly, easy to get on with and up for the odd drink!
Would be expecting to pay an equal share of utility bills between the two of us (water, gas, electricity and WiFi).
Will be wanting to meet first to see if we get along!
