Two rooms available (preferably for students)

Lovely Edwardian house situated in a very nice safe area. Very characterful and is filled with art and books. It is a 5 minute walk to Llandaf train station which is only 1 stop away from Cathays, so will only take 10 minutes to get to Cardiff University or a bit longer to USW Atrium campus and it is within a half hour walk from the Cardiff Met site. It is only £10 for a taxi home after a night out.

There is a shared kitchen and 2 shared bathrooms. Kitchen has dishwasher & ice machine;). There is also a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer.

The first Bedroom (£400) that will be rented out is the one in the photo attached. It overlooks the back garden so is very peaceful as it faces away from the road which can sometimes get busy.

The Second one (£225) is much smaller and there would not be much room to work. However, the living room and kitchen are very big and could easily be used to work in. Please send me you email so I can send you photos of it because it was hard to capture the room in one photo.
