Shwmae! Hello! Hi my name is Esther. The house is under new management so I have several rooms for rent. The house is in a great location, 2 minutes walk from Albany road, with shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes, and frequent bus service. 15 mins walk to city centre and several parks are nearby.
New beds in all rooms. This is a 6 bed house share of friendly group of young professionals with an international mix.
Three rooms in the house are single size with 4 ft double beds and there is a large loft room with a double bed and two large doubles with bay windows. A bathroom with bath and shower over on the top floor and a seperate toilet and also a shower room in the house. Communal areas include lounge with sofas, kitchen with gas hob and electric oven and 2 large fridge freezers. Washing machine. Bikes can be stored in the garden.
Communal areas are cleaned once a week. A laundry service and room cleaning for bedding can be provided (at extra cost)
Strictly No smoking in the house- or out of the window but there is a small garden, where it is fine.
