Beautiful room + ensuite with parking- city centre
I am moving to London and sadly saying goodbye to genuinely the nicest room I have ever lived in.
The room is large, filled with light and comes with a bed, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.
The ceilings are very high and the window looks out onto a big tree which gives ample privacy.
There is an ensuite bathroom which will be your own. This is fitted with a shower, bath and sink.
You will share a modern and spacious kitchen and living room.
If you have a car then good news, there is a free parking space which comes with the room. This is amazing given the location of the flat which is literally a 5 minute walk to Queen Street station.
This flat really is the best of both worlds because not only is it lovely but the location couldn't be better and no matter what time you are walking home there are others around so it always feels very safe.
The flat is currently available from the 7th July so if you move in then you will only have to pay 2 weeks rent up until 26th.
Rent is £400 per month which is to be paid on the 26th of each month, bills are £140 and the deposit is £450. So all in all you can move in for £990.
You will be living with a very considerate and friendly housemate who is an established writer in Wales.
