We really want someone to move in who has common interests and is sociable, we're a friendly house! The communal areas are always being used and the place is kept tidy. Ideally we also want a working professional due to the council tax, who is respectful of other peoples work schedules. We're mostly a chill house, occasionally have people over, are always cooking good food and have a positive vibe.
The house has a group chat with the landlady, so maintenance is sorted pretty quick. She is private so that's right - NO AGENCY FEE :) The landlady is approachable and really cares about her property.
All the rooms have basic furnishings, we have a washer and tumble drier, modern kitchen and shared bathroom. The outside space has a seating area and space for BBQ's in this glorious weather.
£300 rent pcm and £300 deposit. Approx £50 bills pcm for water, gas, electricity and wifi. Council tax is around another £40.
