Hi there!

We are offering a cozy furnished double-size bedroom in a two-floor house in Roath, close to the City Centre and City Rd. The house is shared with Dave, a 37-year-old Scottish male animator and Jaime, a 31-year-old Spanish male graphic designer.

We are expecting to find someone to replace our current flatmate Ulriika, a 32-year-old Finnish female, who is moving out at the end of July.

We ideally would prefer to share our lovely entire house with another professional female in between 28–38 years old from the beginning of August 2019 until the end of the house contract with the possibility of staying after if the person wants. We expect the new person to be responsible, respect the cleaning rota and help us doing some gardening.

The whole property counts with a good size living room, massive kitchen, amazing garden, a laundry room, 3 double bedrooms (one of them is the one we are advertising), and a bathroom.

The house belongs to a private landlord who will ask for a deposit of £300, a job confirmation letter, and a references from previous rents.
The room rent is fixed at £280 per month. Bills are not included.

Bills + rent will be roughly £410 per month. Those bills are electricity, water, gas, council tax, TV license, Netflix and internet.

The house is vegetarian, European and LGTB friendly. No pets or smokers allowed.
