Two rooms are available in a well kept house very near Cardiff University.
The house is only minutes walk from most university departments and the nearest supermarket. Cathays railway station and the city centre are a short distance away as are the Castle grounds and Bute Park.
All rooms are fully furnished. There are two bath/shower rooms, a shared living/dining room with tv and a quiet secluded garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and dryer.
The rent includes all bills (WiFi, water, etc.) except gas and electricity which are approximately £15-£30 per month according to usage.
We are looking for quiet, sociable, nonsmoking and tidy tenants who are willing to cooperate with the existing tenants in keeping the house clean.
The rooms are for FULL TIME STUDENTS only.
