The house has recently been refurbished so it is modern and in good condition. I would want a flat mate who is happy to help around the house to keep it looking clean and tidy.
There is a reasonable garden and a shed for bike storage etc. There is a bus stop almost directly outside the house so getting in to the city centre is easy. There is no off road parking but parking on the street outside is not an issue.
The house is fully furnished.
I also work shift patterns so am out of the house a lot and sometimes do have to sleep during the day.
