Bright double room in friendly house share

The Living Room

Hi!

We're looking for a housemate to join our lovely shared house in Splott. We're a friendly and sociable group of professionals who are friends as well as housemates.

We have a spacious double room available which is light and airy. It comes with a double bed, mattress (only a few months old - like new), chest of drawers, matching wardrobe, lampshade and blind. The bed (white frame) and carpet (cream) are also new and the room has recently been painted. It has three white walls and one very light lilac wall with a white ceiling.

The house itself is fairly newly decorated with a large kitchen, shared living room, bathroom, dining room and patio area complete with BBQ and patio table and chairs. We also have a chiminea and lots of plants growing in the garden. We have plenty of house plants inside as well to give the house a nice feel.

There is a private studio gym opposite the back of the house where one of us works as a full-time kickboxing instructor.

We're clean, tidy and very respectful of each other's privacy. It's more of a home than a houseshare and great for a chilled out, friendly person who is looking for a nice place to live.

We enjoy hanging out, doing our own thing, and socialising with friends.

About the housemates;
Anna - 32, works for a University, enjoys sewing (going out with Scott, co-owns the house)
Scott - 29, self-employed, into Kickboxing & fitness (going out with Anna, co-owns the house)
Jack - 26, works in hospitality, loves reading (Scott & Jack are brothers)
Bronagh - 30, veterinary nurse, likes films and chilling with friends

The rent price includes all utility bills, council tax, super-fast broadband, and access to Netflix and Amazon Prime in the living room.

A range of shared household items is also included in the rent price of £475 as part of a kitty. This includes things like washing powder, butter, milk, toilet roll, some cleaning products etc, which means these items don't run out. Anna and Scott take responsibility for keeping these items topped up for us.

However, there is an ADDITIONAL cost of £15 per month on top of the cost of the rent to cover a cleaner who comes once a week. This means we don't have to have a cleaning rota and the house is kept nice and clean - yeeey!

The room is available from 1st October! We can do viewings in the evenings and on weekends.
