Friendly, respectful and outgoing housemates, between 30 and 50 wanted, to fill 2 rooms in a 3 bedroom house. Ideally female or LGBT, as I am a gay man and will feel more comfortable when my partner visits.
All bills, council tax and WiFi is included. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and a bathroom. I use the loft space as a private office. The second room has plenty of space for a desk, it's a bit more tricky with the third bedroom, but there is a fold up.
The ground floor is free for everyone to use, there is a living room, dining room and kitchen/living space. I work from home and the office. I do not have a bike, previous housemates have brought these through the house and stored them at the side. I don't however have a shed or area to lock these up.
I am looking at viewings and chats, with a previous housemate to help, weekends of 12th/13th and 19th/20th October. Both rooms are currently vacant.
