Nice 3 bedroom flat in Canton/Pontcanna

Hi!

I live in a nice 2-story flat in a quiet road in Canton/Pontcanna area (Next to Chapter). My two flatmates are leaving but I want to keep living in this house.
Available are two double bedrooms furnished with a double bed and some wardrobes etc. Both are spacious and well illuminated.
The house has a large shared living room, central heating, a kitchen with microwave, oven, gas hob, washing machine and clothes dryer. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, but only one with shower. We have been using the second bathroom as storage space really, but this can change with the arrival of new peeps.
I'm a fairly sociable person, but I usually prefer peace and quiet at home. I tend to have friends over for dinner once or twice a month. I like to keep things clean and in order and tend to adapt to my flatmates in this regard.
Bills add up to between 60 and 100 GBP a month, due to heating in the winter and council tax.
Move in date is 1st of Nov, would like to secure some flatmates pretty soon though :)
