Two rooms (one bedroom + one study room/office) to rent in a clean and modern house in a quiet part of Cathays, near Tesco, Lidl, Roath Park, Bute Park and Cardiff Uni, as well as Cardiff Uni Heath Park Campus and many more. All bills (tax, internet, utilities) included.

Apart from theese two rooms and a shared bathroom, you will also have access to a spacious living room and a clean and modern kitchen finished in a very high standard.

I am renting theese rooms because I will be moving abroad for the next 7+ months (at least fot the remaining duration of the contract that I have signed).

Current tennants at the property apart from myself are: my brother (USW student) and a long-time friend of mine (USW graduate), so there is definietly a nice family atmosphere in place. They are very tidy and super friendly people, both are interested in photography, travel, psychology and a range of outdoor activities like climbing, hiking etc. My friend owns a cat - Roshe is well behaved and rather quiet half-siamese.

Prior to us, this house was occupied by its landlords, to whom it has been a home for six years.
