Room available for lodger in our home in TaffsWell

We have a big house currently under renovation, with a double room available for rent. We have 3 lively children so there are always things going on. The room is towards the back of the house so away from noise, with double bed and other furniture as required. Andy is an artist and works from home when he is able. There is a possibility of a share in his workshop space downstairs if required, maybe to another artist/ crafts person?
We have a lovely garden, smoking is outside but there is a covered area outside the back door. Very close to train station -5 min walk, bus stop to Cardiff is right outside the house. Looking for a good fit so we can all get along together. Would be happy to share meals etc but also to give each other space. We have only just moved in and the house is under ongoing renovation, until there are 2 bathrooms rent will be 200 per month then once work is finished to create 2 bathrooms rent will then be 350 per month in approx 3 months time. please reply telling us more about yourself, its important we find someone who we get on well with.
