Double room to rent in a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in the heart of Cathays, central Cardiff, sharing with 1 girl. Situated a 5 minute walk from the SU and town this property is in close proximity to local amenities and parks. Good transport links nearby and in walking distance to other areas of Cardiff, such as the bay.

The room available comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk and chair. The flat consists of shared living/dining area, with fully compatible kitchen along with washing machine. There is also a good sized shared bathroom with shower on offer.

Meg is a 20 year old biochemistry student who is friendly, welcoming and outgoing. She is approachable and easy to get along with once you get to know her. Ideally the new housemate would have these characteristics too as well as respectful and considerate of others in the house as Meg is in her 3rd year of university so therefore noise levels will to need to be at a minimum at times, due to important exams and dissertations to write.

Meg is very social-able, enjoying a good night out at the SU as well as enjoying chilling watching movies and cooking, as well as going out for drinks or going intp town shopping/cinema.

Meg is a vegetarian, however does not mind if you are not.
