We’re looking for postgraduates or young professionals like us who enjoy socialising and are chilled out and clean. The rent is £300 a month not including bills, we pay around £30-40 a month of bills (WiFi, electric etc) and then council tax on top which will land around £40 a month (totally around £380 for everything with the occasional water bill)! Absolute steal for the cleanliness of the flat!
The flat is technically a masionette where the 3 bedrooms are upstairs in the flat which makes it feel more homely and there is one bathroom!
