We have 2 rooms available in a spacious, modern house 20 minutes walk from Cardiff City Centre.

The rooms both come partly furnished with a wardrobe and double bed in each.

One of the bedrooms is much larger than the other, which is why it is priced slightly higher

The house offers beautiful modern decor, a large main bathroom with built in speakers, shared kitchen and living room and a small bathroom upstairs. The whole house has recently been decorated and furnished, with tasteful features throughout.

The rent includes a cleaning service once a week.

There is on street parking available, permit and non-permit.

We have a great, friendly landlord who lives locally and who is very responsive and kind.

The current tenants are a young professional (23) and a working student (19). We are preferably looking for two professional female housemates to join the space. We would also like the assurance that the new tenants are clean/tidy and are quiet Monday - Friday. :)
