The 3 bedroom terraced house is located in Roath (just off Albany Road), in one of the most popular areas of Cardiff. Situated a 20 minute walk from the City Centre, and a 5 minute drive from the A48. There are multiple (4) supermarkets within a 5 minute walk from the house, with a Tesco's about a minutes walk away.

The house has 3 bedrooms, a spare bedroom, a dedicated living room, and a separate room we are using as a makeshift office. As well as a garden, kitchen and bathroom. Parking is available (permit & non-permit).

The spacious room on offer is on the ground floor and comes furnished with a bed, sofa and wardrobes.

The house is currently occupied by 2 working professionals. One working in defence and the other working in event production. We are both fairly laid back, considerate of each other, but we do enjoy socialising, including the odd trip down to the pub. We are open to all working professionals (male or female).
