Hi, I've got a spacious double room in a 3 bed terraced house (one room currently used as an office) available from the 1st of August.

I'm looking for another professional person to move in with minimum tenancy being 1 year. The landlord is pretty reasonable and may be okay with negotiating this.

With bills included, it is around £500 a month, dependent on the type of TV/Broadband package you would want to go for.

The house is around the corner from Pontcanna so 5 minutes walk from Llandaff fields and Thompsons park and within a 20 minutes walk to the city centre. Lots of decent restaurants within walking distance on Cowbridge road east and in Pontcanna.

The property is let as unfurnished although there will already be a significant amount of furniture here. The only furniture you would need is your own bed and potentially a wardrobe, though there is cupboard space available.

The room available is is the one with the brown leather sofa in the picture. (sofa will be going).

There is plenty of room for a double bed, a wardrobe and the desk currently in there is optional.
