We have a lovely double bedroom coming available in September (room could become available sooner) in our maisonette on Bangor Street as our current housemate is moving out to live with her partner.
It's a 4 bedroom maisonette (4th bedroom used as an office /guest room), with bathroom and an open-plan kitchen/living room. It's in a great location, just behind Wellfield Road, close to Roath Park and a regular bus service to the city centre. Street parking is available, but you would need to purchase a resident permit. We are close to many supermarkets, shops and restaurants, but the street is very quiet and friendly. The rent is £450 a month (bills included).
My name is Iona, I'm a secondary school teacher, and I live with Steve who works in public transport. We are both easy-going people who enjoy relaxing in the living room with a glass of wine occasionally. We're not party animals but we do enjoy socialising.
