I am looking for somebody to sublet my double room on the top floor in a spacious house in Canton. The length of stay is fairly flexible.
It's a 5-bedroom house, currently occupied by the landlord, a retired BBC journalist, and a mature documentary photography student..
The house has real character with a fully equipped and spacious kitchen. My room is bright and provides enough private space, has a king size bed, large sofa, desk, wardrobe etc. The landlord owns two friendly dogs, who stay on the ground floor.
Thompson's Park is just around the corner, and Llandaff Fields/Bute Park is just a few minutes walk away.
