2 double rooms available, fully furnished house in Llanishen, close to the train station and public transport to the city centre. It is a lovely house and very homely. Looking to share with other proffesional females.

Room 1- Double Room in front of house, fully furnished

Room 2- Slightly bigger room in the back of the house, fully furnished.

A good sized open plan living/dining room with seating area, dining table and tv. Good sized kitchen, fully equipped with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooker with grill and oven, microwave and all kitchen utensils.

There is also a lovely little garden perfect for a BBQ or just enjoying some quiet time in the evenings.

Bills are separate and include Council tax, Wifi, gas & electric, water, Tv license. Bills are approximately £125 each per month.

A little bit about me :-)
I am a friendly, Welsh speaking 34 year old primary school teacher currently looking for 2 professional tenants to join me in the house. I would prefer to share with other females who are friendly, clean and tidy.
The house is very chilled and quiet in the week as after a busy day in work, I enjoy some evenings training and when I get home I just want to relax with a nice home cooked meal, and therefore looking for like minded tenants who enjoys socialising but also enjoys a quiet night in with Netflix/Disney + and a bottle of wine or G&T :-)
