A large double and a smaller double room available immediately on a rolling monthly basis so would also suit short term lets. (all bills included) in a warm clean, bright spacious and quiet house in a nice, safe part of Cardiff.

The house has a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble drier. Hot water is supplied by a combi boiler meaning instant hot water 24/7. The house is always nice and warm with central heating.

Parking is not an issue here as there is always space on the road outside where there are no parking restrictions and no permit required. The road is a small quiet cul de sac just off Cyncoed Road near Cardiff Met university. It’s a 15-20 minutes bus ride into the city centre, the Cardiff East jct of the M4 motorway is about 5-6 minutes away so it’s ideal if you work in newport or even Bristol. and the new bypass makes getting to Cardiff bay a doddle avoiding the city centre. So close enough to everything you need and yet peaceful and quiet. Roath park and it's lake is just a few minutes walk away.

The house is very clean and tidy, and I would be looking for someone the same. I am very chatty and friendly but I respect personal space.
