The spacious king-size room is available in a 2 bedroom penthouse apartment shared with me. (The rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and sound proofed), Additionally you will have a private bathroom and shared access to the lounge and kitchen area.

It is fully-furnished extensively. There also a number of high-tech smart home products installed around the apartment (lights, TV’s, heating etc). High speed 1gb broadband is available in the apartment. I’m also happy for you to use my cutlery and anything in the kitchen provided it’s well looked after, cleaned and organised. Dishwasher is available for use.

The apartment is located in a complex which is extremely secure. There are two elevators in the building which allow for easy access. The gardens in the complex are well managed and regularly maintained weekly. Additionally you will have private gym and spa access.

In terms of local amenities, there is a retail park literally a 5 min walk which has boots, Argos, PureGym, Starbucks, costa and much more. There is also a Morrison’s by the entrance of the complex which is a 2 min walk

The price is £650 per month incl all bills. The deposit is the same amount.
