Seeking a new tenant to replace me as I will soon be moving out of the property for work.

Located near the junction of mackintosh Place, Albany Road, City Road and Crwys Road. Surrounded by restaurants, pubs and close distance to Roath Park and lake.
A 2-minute walk from the Royal George pub, 5-minute walk from Tescos on Albany Road, 15-minute walk from Cathays Station and 20-minute walk from Queen Street.

I am advertising 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom house.
House is split over 2 floors. Bedroom advertised is on the second floor overlooking the street. Bed and Mattress, as well as a desk, wardrobe and bookcase, are provided.
There are shared bathrooms and shower rooms two both with a toilet, shared living room and kitchen, and a decent size garden.

I am looking for someone to take over my contract from 05/12/20 to 31/07/21. If happy, you can extend your stay.

I live with 3 friendly housemates and 1 adorable cat who belongs to one of the other tenants. My flatmates have many shared interests including Gaming, Cooking and going to parties.
