Houseshare Pontcanna. Double room. All bills inc

I’m looking for a housemate to share house in Pontcanna with me for up to 6/9 months whilst I’m applying for planning permission. House is literally next street to Severn Grove, with Canton being 2-3 min walk away and City centre just 10-15 mins.

I’m very flexible but would like someone for a min 3 months. Also would consider Monday - Friday (pro rata). Also have a little infectiously loveable dog.

There’s a choice of two bedrooms available (but I’m just looking for one person) but this gives flexibility if you need a bit extra space for storage or to work from.

I’ve put the empty photos up as I have literally moved in and currently unpacking.

I’m flexible to if you want furnished or unfurnished and the house has washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob plus all your usual household things and obviously wifi

I’m usually working from home about 1/3 of the week but run my own business so usually quite busy and in my free time I’m pretty chilled. Happy to go for drink/bite to eat from time to time (if we are ever allowed) or grab a takeaway if we are both home the same time.
