We are a friendly group of people living in two gorgeous houses overlooking Victoria Park in Canton. The house owners live in one of them, and the other is shared by two Italians, a Welshman and my mum who lives in her own accommodation on-site. We also have living with us a super-chilled dog called Roxy who we all love.
We are looking for an easy-going, clean and tidy person to join us who will be respectful to the house and all who live here. If you like cooking, gardening and movies so much the better!
The house has been completely refurbished in 2020 and boasts a huge kitchen/dining area with separate utility. The room comes with plenty of storage in the kitchen for each resident. There is also a little cwtch with a huge sofa and TV with Virgin services. The house has internet.
The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a 'Juliet' balcony overlooking the garden (work in progress) and side street. We will provide a bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail and a desk. The room also has a loft hatch so there is plenty of storage if you need it.
Victoria Park has great local shops, the bus stop is 2 minutes away and it is an easy cycle ride into town.
