Large room in friendly active houseshare

Hi,

I've got a large double room available in a 4 bed houseshare located in Pentwyn on the outskirts of Cardiff.

The room is large with a king size bed, double wardrobe amongst other furniture. There would be space for a desk if needbe.

The house itself is a modern townhouse with communal areas on the ground floor and bedrooms/bathrooms over first and second floors. There are 2 parking spaces with the house as well as plenty of other parking in the area. There is also a garage for extra storage for bikes, etc.

The house is located in Pentwyn with good links to the M4 as well as Cardiff Centre. Local shops and takeaways within walking distance, with larger supermarkets a short drive away.

The current housemates are 3 guys in their 20s who are professional sportsmen. They do spend a lot of time training and a lot of time travelling too. Ideally i'm looking for someone who will get along and make the house their home!

All bills are included (council tax, water, sky tv, fibre internet, etc) except gas and electric which are charged on top. They come to between £10 & £25pm depending on the season. Rent also includes a cleaner who cleans the communal areas every other week. Deposit is one months rent and ideally a minimum 6 month contract please.
