Double room available on doorstop of city centre!

Hiya! My names Zoë and I'm looking for a lodger to live with me in my home on an initial basis of 6 months.

My home is situated in quiet and safe neighbourhood in Grangetown with good transport links, a 10/15 minute walk in to town and a 20 minute walk to Capital Retail Park (ASDA etc). There is also a lovely small park across the road.

The house has an available parking space on the driveway in front of the house which you are welcome to use.

The room is a nice sized, decorated double bedroom which includes a double bed with new mattress, a desk for people who need to work from home and a large wardrobe. There is also plenty of storage space in the drawers underneath the bed and storage space in the loft which is clean and tidy.

The bathroom is recently refurbished and has a bath and separate walk in shower.

My house has a large lounge with comfy sofas and TV etc and the kitchen has plenty of storage space and has been safety checked with fully working utilities.

I have a large garden which is lovely in the summer!

There is also a side entrance to the garden where you can safely store your bike if you have one!

I also have a chill little cat who spends most of her day sleeping, she does like a cuddle when she gets to know you

A bit about me:

I currently work part time as a podiatrist, so i'm home about 50% of the week. I enjoy my own space, however I am social and I'm happy to hang out in the lounge with you! My home is far from a party house and I prefer to have people over occasionally for food or to hang out and watch a film etc. I also enjoy cooking and would prefer to live with a vegetarian/vegan if possible, however I won't judge if you're not, as long as cooking stuff is cleaned properly in the kitchen after use :) I pride myself on my home and I'm looking for someone clean and tidy who will look after the house too!
