Please note that we do not take pets for this property due to the shared communal spaces. We do have another property where pets can be considered.

We're owner-landlords, there are no application/reference fees; you just pay your deposit and first month rent.
Bills are approx £85 per month and include all utilities, TV, council tax and 500 MB of broadband (with 24 hour response for any issues), payable to us. We make sure the properties are well maintained.
