I am sadly moving out of this amazing house, as I am moving to Bristol, and my housemate is looking for someone to move in :)

This is such a lovely house and huge for 2 people, in a great location close to City Centre.

This house has plenty of space to socialise and have friends over, as well as having your own space. There are 2 sitting rooms - one with a pull out double sofa bed, so great if you want people to come and stay!
There is plenty of on street parking & no permit required.
The room is large, and you get a box room included with the rent, which I currently use as a walk in wardrobe.
There is a utility room with a washing machine, and we store our bikes in there too.

Bills come to £138 - £149 a in total a month throughout the year.
Fast broadband included.

We have a big garden, which is perfect for BBQs in the summer!

Landlord is really good and fixes things quickly when required.

If you need to move in the week before the 28th June, I can move out a bit early, so that's no problem!
