Big house near Roath Park

Hi all

I'm looking for a housemate for my place near Roath Park in Cardiff. Not long refurbished and includes all bills.

Ideally looking for someone of a similar age, clean, working people or postgraduate students with some interests in common. Relaxed, quiet but social house.

The House:
its a 3 bed house, 1 bathroom and a converted attic space for storage - back bedroom currently empty and likely to stay a spare room - it has a nice back garden with some patio furniture and BBQ space. The rest of the house is fully furnished with a lovely big living room and dining area. In addition the place has:

- Washing machine
- TV
- Microwave, cooker, hob etc
- Fridge & Freezer
- Bath and shower
- Iron, Board, hoover all the other bits and bobs.

The Room:
It's the middle bedroom with a lovely big window overlooking the garden. Comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk.

Walking distance to key places:
Roath Park fields - 3 minutes
Cathays Park train station - 15 minutes
Cardiff city centre - 20 minutes

Its located less than a minute from Wellfield Road and the area has quite a few nice bars, restaurants, shops etc.

There is a mix of residential and non residential parking available on the road - I should be able to arrange for a guest resident pass if needed.

I live alone but my girlfriend is regularly around and she normally brings her two amazing dogs. They are very friendly and aren't allowed upstairs but you will need to be happy with getting to know them.

For the same reason I dont think we can accommodate any other pets BUT if you want to have a conversation about it let me know.
