For rent are three double rooms within my beloved house located 20 minute walk from the Heath Hospital, 5 minute walk to beautiful Bute park and 30 minute walk to Cardiff city centre.

***There is also the option of renting the whole house which can be discussed if desired.

There is one space for off road parking and ample free on-street parking. It has a spacious back garden with a shed and greenhouse, raised beds for growing vegetables/flowers and a barbeque and raised patio to enjoy those long summer evenings.

There is a large kitchen with new oven, gas hob, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The floor has very recently been replaced. The kitchen joins with a large dining room area. There is a large lounge with wooden flooring. There is a toilet room downstairs and storage under the stairs.

Upstairs there are three double rooms with ample space. One room is larger than the other two and this will therefore be a slightly higher rent (£500). The bathroom has a large shower, sink and toilet. There is an attic room for storage.
